Gift boxes, baskets and hampers that include alcohol may only be purchased by and delivered to persons over the age of 18.
In the event an item is not available we will replace that item with one of similar quality and of equal or greater value.
Photographs have been used for display purposes and some items shown may not be included in the box or basket of your choice, only those items listed will actually be included. Custom boxes will contain items specific to requests and are not displayed.
Deliveries are, where ever possible kept within the requested times, but if due to unforeseen circumstances a delivery is made outside of the requested time, it does not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not necessarily entitle the purchaser to a refund.
Orders will not be dispatched until payment is received in full.
No deliveries are made on Sundays or Public Holidays.
Custom creations require 48 hours notice.
All cancellations of orders must be made 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.
All gifts are packaged with care to avoid breakage or damage, should an item arrive and be either damaged or faulty please inform Simple Treasures within 5 days and arrange return of the item, once the item is returned and deemed faulty or damaged a replacement will be issued and sent to the recipient.
Enter all delivery details carefully. Incorrect or wrongly addressed gifts which incur a fee due to return by a courier will be passed on to the customer. If a gift fails to be delivered, inform Simple Treasures immediately and we will endeavour to track the order and have it delivered immediately.
We do not accept liability for any loss or damage after a delivery has taken place. This includes loss or damage from unattended addresses.
